A spectacular company chock-full of amazing realtors! I really like how much they give back to the community, as a group and individually volunteering, doing fundraisers and hosting community events. Important player in our community, with a big emphasis on local charities and non-profits, but also making time to organize client appreciation events. All around just a great group of people!!!

I've been a realtor for over 12 years now, all with Macdonald Realty. It's a FANTASTIC company to be a part of and my fellow colleagues, staff & management are AMAZING!

I called to one of their agents and left a message that we just had an accepted offer and looking for a buyer’s agent to help us out with the next purchase. After 4 hours waiting, I called the office and the receptionist told me to hold on then, hang up on me. Terrible office!

Love working with her

It was terrible. I called the number which the realtor left on the properties window. So they didn't pic up the phone, then I left him a voice message to call me back to give me information. Also I called their office and asking for a call back for more information about the property. They never call me.

The store at Lougheed and 203rd had the most obnoxious woman I have met at a realtor. She left me sitting for ten minutes while she looked up information in her office that I had asked for and then came back saying I had to fill out a form with all my personal details on it first. She would then return again with her laptop. I was still sitting in the lobby. On returning she was actually offended that I didn't want to give her my personal information and questioned me why I didn't want to give her my name, phone and email. I was interviewing her not the other way around. I was trying to get an idea of what they had and the price ranges available in townhouses certain areas. I will never go back to that office.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to the fact that they have an agent by the name of Jennifer Dipietra working for them. I'm afraid I have found her attitude to be in poor taste and her patience level at almost zero. Not enjoyable to work with at all and therefore this company has bad representation working for them.

Extremely hard working realtor. Always available for questions, even when out of town. Goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are well taken care of.
