Bought two fridges from them. I had a great experience. They moved one fridge to basement with out extra cost. Will buy from them again.

Dishonest people. I was promised a clean fridge delivery to my basement and when they showed up, the fridge was really dirty and they also refused to take it to the basement because it was hard". I literally took out the doors and the shelves and they still refused even though it would have fit in perfectly fine with lots of room for clearance. I had to pay another set of guys to come and take it down and they had no issue whatsoever doing it."

My fridge has issues. It randomly shuts off, the freezer too. The ice maker has broken on its own and we can't get a new part. It works well when it doesn't break down randomly. It was $500 so we got what we paid for. It's a cheap fridge.

I recently purchased a Samsung fridge from this store, and I must say, it has been an absolute nightmare. I paid a hefty sum of over $650, hoping for a reliable appliance that would last for years. However, my hopes were shattered after just one month when the fridge stopped cooling altogether.To make matters worse, the so-called warranty" they offer is only valid for a month. These ppl are dishonest I made a big mistake my washer was making a lot of Noise so the drum was gone I call them because they had the same brand and color as the damage one so I bought it and the took my old one away,the same day I use the machine and it leak all the water flooded my basement he came and repaired it then 3 months it stop working I called and they told me it wasn’t a new machine I bought a used machine,so my advice to anyone who going to buy from them,don’t because there’s no guarantee ur gonna get 6 months of use,jus go buy a new machine at a store where you get a year warranty and ur guarantee to get a good 12 or more years of service.all the appliances they sell it’s ppl old broken down drunks.

Do not buy from them, I had a problem with literally every piece of appliance I purchased from them..fridge started leaking, washer wasn’t turning on, dryer was squeaking like crazy.

I have used Jeneene now for a few of my rental properties to replace appliances. I did have an issue with a washer that I had purchased but they came out and repaired it quite quick. They deliver in the GTA which is also very nice. Jeneene is easy to work with, negotiable and ensures customer service. I was surprised to see some bad reviews on here so leaving this review to provide my experience.
