Registered for vaccine. Never got an appointment so I was told by them that I registered for the chance to register for a chance to get the vaccine. So I did. The appointment set at a different farther location shoppers. So I get there at the specified appointment time. They are not doing vaccines and now I'm en route to a shoppers that does. Also far far away. You guys aren't handling vaccine registration properly and that needs to be investigated. Seanothepop on twitch!

Not a very helpful pharmacy, service is on and off.Editing because they have been letting people know they are sorry for the horrible unreliable service, but they still have terrible service and it hasn’t changed it might’ve gotten worse. Very unreliable and sadly haven’t been able to change the shape the pharmacy is in.

Picked up my prescription, which had been filled by an unmasked pharmacist. Threw it in the first garbage can I found outside, went home and ask my doc to fax a new prescription to a different pharmacy where the pharmacists are smart enough to know the pandemic is still raging and they don't contaminate your meds. Done with this place. Disgusting.

On the first day of their Sunday sale at 11:45 a.m. almost all of the shelves with the sale" items are empty! This happens all the time at this location. Poor people that work there have to put up with answering to the incompetence of management."

The pharmacy staff have made very serious mistakes with my medication and wrong information. Luckily I investigated further on my own or I would have been stranded in another province without my very expensive, life saving medication. They have also made dispensing errors. I cut them some slack because of the pandemic and they seemed to have a staff change over. But even before that, the head pharmacist put up some obstacles to my request for a vaccination. Not sure why but she had an attitude about it. They still seem unclear about what they're doing 2+ years later. Changing pharmacies.

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTO TAKEN HERE: I was made to wait 45 minutes, was charged twice what Best-Photo charges, and in the end the photos were rejected by the passport ministry. Save yourself the time and money, and just got to Best-Photo across the street for a better photo.

I went into the pharmacy to fill a prescription for blood pressure in the morning and was told I would be called if they couldn't fill it, no call. Went in after 5 and was told it was on order and they'd call. no call. Next day after 5 was told it on order from a different suppler and they would call, no call. Third day they couldn't find it and was finally told it might come in 2 days and they would call me. Finally had to go to another pharmacy and got it in twenty minutes.
