Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Pam my mother has. Pam spent a lot of time helping her find the right condo for rent and ultimately helping us deal with the never ending paperwork involved. She provided 100% of her efforts and was always available for my questions and concerns. Pam is a GREAT agent. As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start and what to look for. Pam was very patient and considerate when we were looking for a house. He took us to MULTIPLE houses in different cities within the area to show us what we could get for our money. She was also very thorough telling us which houses needed a lot of work and which houses were move in ready. We felt very comfortable working with Pam since she never tried to 'pressure' us into any home. She is also a great friend. When we first bought our house, we had no contacts in the city. Also, Pam has an incredible ‘eye’ and her design sense helps you to visual what could be where something may be missing. This was a key attribute that led to my most recent purchase. I was tentative and could not see the vision at first. But it was clear in her head and Pam was able to help me see how perfect this place is for me. And as per every occasion before, she was right. Finally, Pam is not only my realtor, but I consider her my friend. That is what you get with Pam - someone who truly cares about who you are as a person and what you want and need. I have worked with many realtors over the years so do have a reasonable reference point to make these claims. However, I have worked exclusively with Pam for the last 12.
