Accurate Home Inspection
Terra was wonderful. Very professional, efficient and thorough. She explained everything as she went through and answered all my questions, and the inspection report she provides is very detailed. She also shared lots of helpful tips on home maintenance. Would highly recommend! :)

Home inspection was completed in a thorough and professional manner! Inspector invited questions and provided informative answers throughout the inspection. She provided a comprehensive report and submitted requests for any information about recalls for all appliances. Ongoing support is provided, if wished. Highest recommendation possible!!!! Accurate Home Inspection
When I arrived at the inspection Terra was already up on the roof doing a thorough job. At all times she was knowledgeable about the construction of the home and the items that needed to be addressed. Her website is great and the reports are top notch.

Accurate Home Inspection
Terra squeezed us for a short notice home inspection. She was extremely professional, explained everything as she did the inspection and shared tips on maintaining our new place. Accurate Home Inspection
We recently hired Accurate Home Inspection for a home we were looking to purchase. Terra was on time (early in fact), efficient, SO THOROUGH and explained things as she went along in a straight forward, non condescending and super helpful manner. Bonus: she labels everything! From someone who has dealt with contractors, trades people and others within the real estate and construction industry for the past 15 years, I can honestly say that Terra was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and down to earth people I have had the pleasure of working with. Accurate Home Inspection
I had an opportunity to work with accurate inspections as we had to get an inspection done for the new house that we are buying. I would definitely recommend them as the detailing and reasoning behind all the checks is explained properly as against just providing a report so you actually understand what’s going on and how to take care of the things in future as well in terms of upkeep of the stuff that they are reviewing.
