Like most of us, we had a toilet issue that after 45 minutes of trying ourselves, we couldn't resolve. We called Ryan and booked a service call, but due to circumstances beyond his control, he couldn't make the scheduled appointment. However, Ryan said he'd make himself available anytime that would work for us, which was greatly appreciated. He came...he quickly fixed the problem and also fixed a separate problem that wasn't included in the original request. We highly recommend Ryan.

We scheduled him to fix a leaky bathroom sink. He even confirmed right before the agreed date and time. He not only did not show up he did not pick up any of our calls.

Ryan came to repair our toilet and help refix our wobbly kitchen faucet back to the counter top. He was even gracious enough to help unclog an additional sink that was not originally planned for this visit. He was very professional and fixed all of our issues quickly. We used Ryan when our hot water tank died and our regular plumber was unavailable at short notice. Ryan did a great job and we've had no problems post install of the new tank. He was running slightly late but kept us updated and finished his day late to make sure we had hot water. He was a nice friendly guy and was careful not to damage any of the house removing the old tank and installing the new tank through a tricky laundry room and crawl space. Ryan also cleaned up all his mess post install - a rare thing from a tradesperson. Would happily recommend.

Ryan is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We had an old pipe fail during the winter that was causing us trouble for months. He came by and fixed it up in no time and better than new. You can really see his passion coming through in all small details!

I called Ryan to unclog my kitchen sink. He happened to be in the neighborhood and in under a couple of hours, he finished his previous call, made his way to my place and had the water flowing again. He even fixed up a small leak under the sink while he was at it and left the place even cleaner than he found it.Super friendly and skilled guy - he worked quickly even while we chatted. Can't recommend him enough!

Ryan did a fantastic job repairing a leaking filer pipe, installing a new expansion tank and flushing my boiler and doing a general review of my radiant floor system. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system worked while he was doing the service. When he left, he cleaned up after himself which I appreciated. His rates are reasonable and got the work done promptly and efficiently.
