Doug and his team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Doug called me back promptly and came to give me an estimate as soon as he could. I had an emergency water line break and he was there the next day to fix the issue with his team. They were very neat with the work they did and completed everything efficiently. I highly recommend this company for any of your water line issues. I know Doug appreciates my business because he hand delivered a thank you card thanking me for my business. Roots Trenching did a fantastic job replacing my water and sewer lines. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Doug and his team explained to me what was being done and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up. Drop cloths were used inside the house and all excess dirt outside was swept up. Roots Trenching’s estimate was so reasonable, my insurance company told me I didn’t have to get a second estimate, I was approved (with only 1 quote) to go ahead with the work. I would gladly use them again and will recommend them to others. Thank you to Doug and his team.

Extremely positive experience dealing with Roots Trenching. Took the time to come over to the property and investigate the issue before I even hired them. Doug and his team were extremely professional, and did a fantastic job installing a new sewer line. They installed the sewer line while I was away on vacation, and made the process hassle free so I could enjoy my time away!

Doug went above and beyond in carefully preparing the job, the friendly team did their work very efficiently, and cleaned everything up nicely. Doug also took special care to minimize risk and potentially costly implications for us, taking care of our house like it was his own. Very prompt and courteous service, really appreciated hooking up my lawn sprinklers after the jobAS well left a post hole anger for me to put in a fence post that had to be removed before the jobVery minimal damage to lawn as a good part of the trenching was underground. Final costs were exactly the same as the estimateHighly recommended
