I have never thought my daughter will get in love with karate, but after 1 class @ JKA Karate-Do Empow-LIL she said it is something she wants to learn. Lilia Sensei is a wonderful coach, friend, motivator and psychologist for our children !

JKA Karate-Do Empov LIL Academy provides truly a unique experience of Martial Arts. Thanks to JKA Karate-Do and Sensei Lilia our kids became much more confident, disciplined, engaged as well as much stronger physically and mentally! My kids just love going to this place, they are having so much fun while learning karate, Lilia Sensi was my Sensi in adult karate class I loved how compassionate and Professional she is to teach karate so I enrolled my kids in her class.

If you are looking to learn authentic Japanese Karate Association Shotokan, look no further!Lilia Sensei is one of the most genuine and dedicated sensei's that I have had the pleasure of learning from, specializing in one of the oldest global Shotokan karate organizations in the world.She offers classes for both children and adults alike, offering nearly 30 years of her own Karate experience for all her students. But don't take my word for it, come check it out for yourself!

It has been an amazing experience learning karate at JKA. Sensei Lilia takes her time to ensure that the children understand all that is expected of them to know and she is super patient as she explains it to them, my children are having such a great time and have learnt so much in such a short time.
