September Charm Flowers

I asked Anna to put together an arbour arrangement and my bridal bouquet for my fall wedding. She out-did herself with the most stunning fall floral I could have dreamed of. She was very easy to work with and brought my vision to life. I am so grateful for the time and attention she put into my pieces. Thank you Anna!

Posting my review a little late but I ordered a pastel premium tall vase for Mother’s Day. I added pretty detailed requests as to which flowers we would prefer to have and not have, as well as the colour scheme and overall look (referenced some of their insta photos).The pictures speak for themselves - the arrangment was absolutely gorgeous, exactly the style we were looking for (they basically put in all the flowers we asked for which was a pleasant surprise), and best of all, my mom loved it. The flowers were fresh and most of them lasted about a week or a bit longer, but the lisianthus stayed good for maybe 2+ weeks, and the mum lasted almost 3 weeks. Thank you for such beautiful work - I will be returning!!

Such a cute and lovely store! Its got a wonderful layout with many different decorations and vases to put your beautiful arrangements in! The owner (im sorry i forgot her name ): ) is so pleasant and friendly! I would 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful set of flowers! I recently received this spray bottle along with a plant for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the first one I received the spray function didn’t work. My husband called and they offered us a new one. I now just tried to open the top to fill it with water and the handle broke. When I called back to let them know the product was defective and just not great quality, I asked for a store credit or refund. The owner, quite abruptly said she already exchanged it once and won’t do anything for me a second time.The spray was only $15 but its more about principle and customer service. We get ALL our flowers for every single occasion from them. Each occasion we spend $100s on bouquets and arrangements.Unfortunately after this incident we will no longer be supporting this business. The standard of customer service does not compare to that of the old management.

Anna did an amazing job with our wedding florals! I was very nervous about the bouquets and boutonnieres because we wanted a wintery" look for our February wedding. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of winter weddings so we had a hard time finding photo inspiration. Instead

Anna was amazing to work with, I highly recommend. Although other florists turned me down based on my tight timeline Anna welcomed me with no issues. My wedding flowers were fresh and beautiful, I received compliments all night!

Anna made everything so smooth and easy from the initial meeting to pick out flowers for my event to the final output of seeing it all come to life. Her and team left myself and guests blown-away by how beautiful they made the arrangements look.
