AIRLUX Heating and Air Conditioning

Our system was not the easiest to figure out in an older home. They provided a practical solution and fair pricing. A hard working team that was professional and courteous working on site.

Looks like scams to me I was trying to reach them multiple times but they took my details and never showed up.

I purchased a 3 head ductless system from Airlux. The equipment is well priced and works well (4 days after install) Had 2 +30celsius days in Vancouver and no problems. It also lowered my need of our central air conditioning system load by 50% (we had air con on the main floor only previously).Ilia from Airlux provided a free quote which was the most competitive of 4 companies I got quotes from. Milani, Thomson Industries(who did our first AC install) were quite a bit more pricy but they had name brand units and they are bigger HVAC companies with more customers.Airlux contracted out the install to Arcon AC Vlad who did equally a clean job as Thomson's Industries did. All my concerns about aesthetics were resolved with no change in price quotes. Install took 2.25 days to complete although I only required to take off 2 half days because the other half of the time Vlad does the work outside of the home.I recommend them, just as I would for Thomson's Industries.I can update this review after some more time has pasted on the equipment.UPDATE March 2021: Heat Pump with 3 units still work well. A word of advice. Clean the filters often. This will help the units work better and last longer.

I had a mini split installed from here a few years ago and it has worked flawlessly. These guys are excellent to deal with. Very fair pricing and a good product. I will deal here again.

I have the A/C instal by this company What I remember owner name Andre or so, it is over 5 years since The price was one of the best part I lake, My house is open area and I only have one head and cooling main floor in 10 minutes on hot day but I do have problem up in bedrooms is not cooling so I instal big ceiling fan try to turn fan to push cold air up but no luck, I need to call them to see if my compressor is good for extra head and if is not than not sure what I would do because this unit work so great I don't real want to remove because work so nice.I would recommend this to anybodyI almost forgot to say, I have hot water heating but if we didn't have heat on and we ware away hot water would take hour before heat our house, This AirLux heat our house in max 10 to 15 minutes so we use it in winter often nice and worm in no time

Terrible service, left message no call back. I had to call back 4 hrs later and he asked me what I wanted. I explained all that the messages. Not very professional, would be weary of using his service.

We had a 5 zone mini ductless heating and cooling system installed in our single family home and Airlux did not disappoint in any way whatsoever. They were absolutely professional, discussed what they were doing every step of the way and altered their installation when the homeowner changed their mind without complaint, charging a reasonable fee for doing so. It was a huge pleasure working with a company that was so eager to please and do the right thing and whose objective was to give us everything we wanted and needed and more - and with the most amazingly good value! I obtained 5 quotes for this job and Airlux had not only the best price but also absolutely the best proposal - and it worked out perfectly!

Everything was perfect. The team was courteous, organized and the job was well done. Only thing missing is the lack of sun and hot weather, but not their problem ;-)

A pretty good step up from your gas station car wash. Not something you want to do weekly as it is pricey.

Had ductless AC with airpump installed in my condo. Very happy with the final product. Can be a little flakey on appointments but it's a good product and a really great price and they're helpful and responsive and polite, and they hire skilled people who know what they're doing. Would definitely do it again.
