I applied for my tax today. I don’t remember her name but her attitude was on peak. She wasn’t even willing to help me or add any of my expenses. All she was saying that nothing can be done. Okay I get that nothing can be done but why are you not ready to add any of expense. Atleast it could have made a slight difference. Please hire some good and experienced staff

The charges are very high as compared to others. they applied my yearly tax 2022& one time rental benefit and charge extra $ for that without asking any income of 2021. after rejecting my application they just simply blame to me you did not mention your income2021, it might be high in 2021 even that without any linkage of 2021. why they did not checking before apply?why i m paying if I am responsible for any missing information?even they don’t deserve one star..

Worst experience, worst team with 0 experienceEditing view today on 6th July 23.We did not receive our CAIP and GST just because of these careless people . We r not the only one . There are many other people too.worst team .we really need our payments on time without any missteps when have financial hardships but just because of your negligence we did not receive it and have to suffer this delay and solve this problem by ourselves which is taking long time .Zero star . To be honest I am alerting new students and immigrants please don’t ho there. I do not think you that they have any experience.They did not fill our tax properly and put us in trouble a lot . We did not get our CIAP on time . Even we were not the the only one there who were facing it. There are 5 people in 30 mins were came there with the same issue.if you are doing something the. So it correctly other wise don’t do it . Worst to worst experience with them .
