This company made one of the hardest decisions and days the best that it could possibly be. Their guidance, patience and compassion was truly amazing and I am grateful for their time. They were very easy to book and to deal with throughout this very difficult process. Thank you again.

I have nothing but kind things to say about this team of professionals. #1- the kindness and softness of the staff is world class.#2- the process and quality of end of life care for my best friend was impeccable. #3- the aftercare in the form of a card with a paw print and handwritten message was a very thoughtful touch. Loosing a pet is never an easy thing and I am extremely greatful to have had this done in the comfort of our home. Thank you for taking such good care of us. I almost wish more people knew this was an option during this extremely sad time of pet ownership.

We wanted to have an at home compassionate ending for our dog. And luckily the team here was able to come and provide that for us.They were absolutely stellar in their communication and calming attitude. Carefully explaining each step and letting us know what to expect. They gave us plenty of time to process and grieve. But what was most important is how respectfully she talked to us and how quickly she understood the nature of our dog and was able to meet him at where he was. They helped us give our dog the very best passing with his little stress as possible.We were absolutely lucky that they were able to come and they have our deep gratitude.

Dr. Russell is highly knowledgeable , very caring and passionate about her profession, they've been a godsend to our dogs during covid even doing home delivery of medication. Prices are extremely reasonable and she is very thorough in her work, upbeat and personable. Could not give a higher recommendation.

Great Dr. Russel, and her excellent team. I took my dog Lucky today for emergency to their clinic. They did not waste any minutes and immediately help me and my dog. They are very helpful, explain everythingmake calm my dog. We are very appreciated their effort and make us feel good. By the way my dog now feels better. Thanks a lot Dr. Russell.

THE MOST CARING AND BEST VET IN TOWN!We had sick cat and was told to put him down the same day that we bring him to first VET that we went too because hes too sick. So obviously we are not willing to give up just yet so we bring our boy to Dr. Rusell , and turn out to be the best decision that we did. They accomodate us right away, booked a online consultaion the next day which is so convience and easy because of the pandemic and on the same day they prescribed us a medication and pick it up on the same day.Also, they actually come in to our house to get our boy check up with thier PPE and complying to all the safety regulation for the pandamic.Unfortunitely our cat didnt make it but atleast we know that we try our best in best possible way that we can to save our boy with the proper guidance from the right people who actually care about our cat and not only care about the money. They will actually follow up everyday to make sure your pet is doing good.They even send us a sympathy card after our cat died.

Very very happy with the help and information Dr Russell has provided for my cats. She has helped by enriching the their lives and becoming one of our closest friends, would highly recommend all her services.

Staff here will not disappoint! Their love of animals is witnessed from the moment you walk in the door. They only do mobile clinics as they have no home since COVID-19.
