Ray, Paul and Tyler just replaced our AC unit today and wow! From start to finish their work and customer service was fantastic! Accurate with costs, accurate with timing and stayed on schedule and was courteous in our home. Ray held true to his quote and words, about the assessment, of the work needed, gave us all options, so we could really make our most informed decision. Went above and beyond in a few ways, my husband and I are thrilled! Thanks Ray and team! We’ll be good and ready, for this summers next heat wave! :D

I first looked on social media for recommendations on a good furnace/ac repair specialist and ATM Heating and Cooling, specifically the owner Ray, popped up repeatedly. What caught my attention was the great reviews on how impressive a person Ray is to work with. After calling, scheduling a service and some inconveniences and unsatisfactory work which was neither my own nor Ray’s doing, Ray quickly stepped in, immediately came over, offered me a couple of extremely affordable options and some great advice and worked with me to come up with the best solution in a timely manner. Ray is straightforward, accommodating, extremely generous and highly considerate of unique situations. He met with me offsite to exchange information, completed the work when he said he would, charged only the agreed upon price, followed up on service satisfaction and asked for nothing in return except a review. I would recommend Ray at ATM Heating and Cooling to everyone and anyone with a big or small issue that needs attention. Not only is he extremely superior at what he does, but he is an extraordinary businessman who cares immensely about people and it shows. Ray has always been very prompt in getting back to me or for service calls. He is respectful and has very reasonable pricing. He is the only guy I call now when ever I am having heating/cooling problems.

Ray and his team were great! we had two old oil furnaces removed and new propane units installed with the addition of AC. Ray hooked up our pool heater last year and we couldn’t be happier. He was knowledgable, prompt, and prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

When we bought our house in 2014 we had some furnace issues and Ray was the guy we called. Did trouble shooting over the phone, explained in terms a regular person can understand. Since then, Ray and ATM has been our go to whenever we had had any problems. Always quick to respond, troubleshoot and then come repair if needed. Pricing is fair.
