Horrendus customer service!! In store reps and call center reps are on 2 different pages despite being 1 company. They play blame games with each other and the customer is left bouncing between the 2 equally horrible departments. They don't tell you about the prorated hidden charges when you are signing up and it will show up on your first bill. The rep helping me on the line was laughing at me when I was telling them about how I bad my experience was with virgin. I won't recommend virgin to anyone. They dont care about your busienss and will not honour their own deals. This company has alot of work to do. Save your time and ur business. Go elsewhere

Two young ladies Samantha and Dua were both friendly and competent to explain the various features of the plan I was going to select. Also helped with usage of the phone. They were patient, explaining two or 3 times when not understood.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. Switched service from another carrier and before I even received a sim card in the mail, Virgin activated the account and the previous carrier stopped my service. Came here to buy a new sim card and the clerk told me they couldn't activate the sim card for me. I said my phone had no signal and they told me to borrow a phone from the customer service center on the first floor of the mall.... Then after I borrowed someone else's phone to call the customer service number, the customer service agent told me to go to the store to activate !!!!

Amazing experience! Rochelle the manager was an incredible help, very kind and really knew her stuff! Service was so quick and I left 100% satisfied. Will definitely be back and recommend this location to my family and friends. A really great staff and location!

Malith and Douaa were the representatives I met at the Erin Mills Town centre location. Both of them were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. They answered my many questions and provided insightful tips for my phone. I was really surprised by their customer service skills, as it's so hard to find such great employees to represent your brand. Malith and Douaa are the reasons why I bought my glass protector and ear buds, because I didn’t feel pressured. I hope they get the recognition they deserve and hopefully an incentive in some form.

It's literally the worst company to be with! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I got a 35$ per month deal on boxing day, and they increased the monthly price today (may) for no reason and that too without a notification!!!! How can you bump prices and change your customers exisiting plan and that too a boxing day deal??? Never in my life have I experienced a raise in prices of cellular plans on an existing plan!! Canada and the Canadian telecom monopoly providers are scamming its ppl every day! God help this country and its people. Stay away from these kanjars!!

An amazing lady helped me today. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she is amazing, kind, and professional. I hope everyone learn from her professional customer service attitude. I wanted to look for a better offer with another provider but I stay with Virgin because of her.
