What a wonderful place to do business! I dealt with Katerina on the sales floor, she was professional, answered all my questions and was a wealth of knowledge about the product. Sunday in finance was able to get me approved in 20 minutes and made that entire process quick and painless. Car dealers often talk a big game but rarely deliver, Land Rover Royal Oak talks the talk and walks the walk! I would highly recommend.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here as they did not have what I needed (regret not purchasing here! ) but it was overall an excellent shopping experience ! I will strongly recommend this dealership for the professionalism, honesty and impeccable customer service. There are NO gimmicks, unnecessary pressures or tardiness. Land Rover royal oak is by far the best dealership I have ever taken my LR3 to!! They work with me within my budget and are always good about telling me what needs doing vs. What can wait. Kari, Mason, and Jon are amazing! Highly highly recommend :)

Very well decorated dealership and beautiful display of cars. Staff was very hospitable and our salesman Gaurav Sharma was an awesome guy. Had great knowledge of all the cars and did a great job in getting us what we wanted. The entire experience was great and we are very happy with our new car, but the one reason I am not rating this 5 stars is due to the fact they charged us for something twice. If we were to not notice this, we would’ve lost $3,000. However when we called them, they apologized and fixed the mistake right away before anything escalated. I hope in the future, they look over everything in the billing better. Overall great dealership with awesome cars and staff. Would recommend Gaurav as your salesman!
