My dog pulls on her leash to go there... she absolutely loves it and I love how fantastic she looks afterwards.The staff clearly care about their furry clients (and the less furry ones too) and I have absolute trust that they know what they are doing and I appreciate their recommendations. They informed me my dog had an ear infection - I took her to the vet who confirmed they were right and it certainly would have gotten a lot worse if they hadn't told me.Brandy's also has a decent selection of quality dog food and treats. My dog is on the raw meat diet and they stock a locally produce range at a really reasonable price.

Not very dependable in the slighest. Scheduled an appointment nearly a month ahead of time, for which they double-booked and had to push mine a month later. When I was undoubtedly unimpressived by their mistake, they indicated no effort to make up for their mishap.Also please be advised that before they decide to groom your pet, they ask for an introductory session that lasts for 10 minutes and they charge you for it. This would be fine if they explained this, but they promised to go as far as the animal tolerated, which was not the case (stopped after a nail clipping and a quick hop in and out of the bath) despite my dog's temperament being described as perfect the whole time".This place feeds off of making you feel as though you are privileged to be among those selected to have your pet groomed there.Customer service 0/10."

I've been a Brandy's client for three years and I believe it is the best place to bring your dog.The staff is warm, caring, supportive, and up-to-date. Here you will find great products - quality dog food, dog rain/snow coats, and all the other gadgets you need for your pooch.My dog is old, and whenever I left her there for grooming they took extra care of her. When I arrived I would find her well-groomed and asleep on a large pillow.They have a delivery service if you need dog food sent to your place. Top-notch. This place is fabulous for dogs and their owners.

Obvious dog lovers, this shop is the best! Brought my 2 pups in for a groom and they came out happy and calm. Great customer service and a large selection of healthy products, cute apparel, and toys for all sorts of pups.

Amazing staff & great selection of dog treats, toys, and apparel. Given our pup Norman's anxiety issues, Brandy's fear-free approach to grooming (which involves lots of yummy treats) has also been a real godsend. Norman quite literally drags us to his grooming sessions, he's so excited to go!

We took my golden doodle to have a hair cut and they did a terrible job. I waited more than 1 month for the appoitnment because of recommendations but it was terrible. We asked them not to shave him and they did, now he is super uncomfortable when he goes out as his skin is a bit sensitive, and the hair is all uneven, really bad and expensive. They gave him so many treats (dont know what exactly) that today he has vomit and diarrhea. Wouldn’t recommend

What a great first experience! I had placed my order that same day or the day before, and the team delivered the next day, honouring the request to not ring the doorbell because my dogs get super excited. They're quick to respond to messages and also carry our favourite snacks, including the stunning and delicious DogHair Inc cookies! I wish I had found them years earlier. Just wholesome good people!
