Very friendly and informative staff! I love that they sell Earth MD products, as my dog has had negative effects from vet-recommended tick and flea protection products. The Earth MD Outdoor Shield that they sell here is an amazing alternative, and is a life saver for my dog when we go hiking in the woods.Will definitely be back again in the future for more pet supplies!

Duke's is a great store that loves to support other local small businesses. Very knowledgeable staff and great selection. There's a bunch of cute cats there too. Bonus points.

We happened upon this pet shop by accident but so happy we decided to take a browse. We have been looking at snuffle mats for a while. We bought one off Amazon and the quality was not durable and I didn't want to buy 2 more for our dogs. But dukes had some amazing ones! They were made from more of a mesh material and felt a lot more sturdy. Amazon ones were just made from fabric and felt and my dogs were already starting to rip it.The snuffle mats at dukes were also very pretty and such cute and creative shapes. The dogs love it so far! Everyday they are asking for the snuffle mat. Begging and pawing at it, asking us to set it up for them.The lady working here is so friendly and kind. She gave us some tips to bring the snuffle mat to the next level. We really appreciate this as our dogs quickly learn the trick and we want to keep it interesting for them. Will definitely need to come back. Also they have dried sardines which our dogs go bonkers for. So will need to pick up some more next time we are in the area.

The best place! Lee is so knowledgeable! She can even tell you your cat or dog's personality!!! She always has everything you need in stock!!! My cat is on the raw diet and I have had no problem getting what I need no matter when!!!!

My new go-to spot for dog treats/food. Great variety and friendly and knowledgeable service! I love that this place is local and an independent shop, and on top of that, they themselves support local by offering a variety of options from other whitby businesses. Even with the stay at home order i was able to call and felt well taken care of in trying to decide what treats to get my two dogs - both of which are enjoying a chew as I type this.

My one and only stop for all my dogs needs. Lee and her staff are amazing and always willing to go that extra bit to make sure your fur baby is happy and health. Love her product options to help keep your pets feed with the highest quality of food.

Small local store but packed with quality pet food and supplies and the most friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Our cat food is always pre ordered and ready for us. Definitely give them a visit.

If you want to shop at a place that absolutely has your pet's back, Dukes is it!I have been a loyal client for over 10 years, and have always had the best service. Lee (and staff) are kind, knowledgeable, caring and super friendly. Lee knows my pet's needs, and has problem solved and provided support numerous times. I can not thank her enough for everything she does for my crew!I rate Dukes 100 out of 10! (My labrador Stella says 1000 paws out of 10 paws!)

Lot of good choices for pet food you can’t get from box store. Owner is very friendly and helpful.
