Fairweather/Stockhomme

Bought a coat about a month and a half ago from here and the zipper is already ruined. The staff were nice but with the return policy being almost worse than the quality of their products I would not recommend this store to anyone especially when you're paying so much for the products.

Always a pleasant experience, the staff are helpful, but never pushy. My favourite fairweather location for sure! Great prices!

I've never found the staff here helpful, nor knowledgeable. It doesn't matter the age of the person working at this location customer service is a hard fail. Basic questions they fumble to answer or just flat out don't know.

NO RETURNS AND NO STORE CREDITS!Worst experience ever. Bought a snow coat from this outlet and did not like the fitting so exchanged it with another one. That coat was not warm so I had to go back to the store and asked for a return because they were running out of stock. Communication was not delivered clearly as no one mentioned about the return policy while I was purchasing the first time.The girl named CHRISTINA was talking rudely and also forced me to buy anything from store for the last time as they will not entertain us again. She was extremely rude and did not let us talk to the manager or any higher authority to resolve our issue.I had to forcefully buy trash from the store worth $100 as they don't return also do not provide any store credits.

I've had the pleasure to come by your Conestoga mall store last Sunday and my mind was completely blown. Not by the quality or range of items you're offering, by no means is any different that what's available online or in other stores, but by the quality of customer service Indiana provided. This girl was all alone in a very busy store, with countless people coming and going, constantly asking questions about prices, sizes, availability, you name it! Not all those people were paying customers, some of them were just your regular mall people with nothing better to do on a Sunday afternoon. This girl was sweating bullets having to care for everyone in the store, but never skipped a beat! Didn't allow a queue to form in front of the changing rooms, but very promptly came to unlock more of them when needed even answering all those pesky aforementioned questions. Then going back to the floor, was always carrying armsful of items and placing them back on the racks on her way to the front of the store where she was greeting new comers or just smiling and helping others to find what they are looking for. Even at the cash register I've only seen a line" of maximum 2 customers

Such amazing prices and outgoing staff! Very different from old Fairweather, but new found appreciation. Location has really improved over the years, great management!

That one guy with the tattoos and piercings always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. Fills all my needs. He lets me know when there are exciting new arrivals and I always come to check them out. Everybody there always has smiles on their faces and nobody hesitates to offer assistance. By far my favourite store at Conestoga Mall.

Huge selection, tidy and friendly staff. Easy online refund process.

The staff was helpful. Quality of clothing is not great. A few of the pieces I looked at had either holes or snagged. The sizing is small with NO plus size options for women if that's what you need.

Exchange or return policy is worse here...
