Not sure why all the negative reviews. I love their products and I have never once ever had any issue with either customer service or installation.

We were proud to offer our customers a SUPERHOT BOILER from Allied Engineering, a local manufacturing company. Worst service ever from Tony Wu, he is extremely rude, arrogant and disrespectful, he has no care for customer service. An indirect tank leaking and covered under warranty should be a simple process, but not when you deal with Tony, from February 2022 to September 2022 still not resolved, and we are still waiting for the replacement tank with no date for the new unit. Tony's famous sayings we are having manufacturing issues" and "I can't do anything about it" the same sayings comes up every week we call to find out when to expect the replacement tank. I strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing SUPERHOT products due to the fact they won't stand by their warranty."

Terrible customer service. Dodgey and sketchy, never stands up to their product when it comes to warranty. Take your business somewhere else because this company isn't worth the hassle.

I've been trying to open a warranty claim with Allied Boilers for a defective gas valve for over a month now but they (more specifically, Tony) has been ignoring my calls. Dealt with this company for over 30 years, always warranty issues. Did not honor warranty on indirect tanks for water hammer issues" on a two year old home in West Van. Warranties are not worth the paper they are printed on. Now

Terrible customer experience. Employee “Tony” was extremely arrogant to deal with when Inquiring warranty work.Company does not stand behind their products, a boiler lasted 6 years and response to any fault brought forward was “typically don’t cover that”.Wish we would have seen these other reviews prior to purchasing from a company that does not back their products.Do yourself a favor and look for a more reputable company that won’t leave you with a headache and a cold house.
