I have found some of my favourite pieces shopping here over the last few years. The staff is always so kind and approachable. Anna does an amazing job and she is always just as excited to see me in the store as I am to see her!

This is easily my favourite store in the city. Whether you’re looking for affordable vintage or higher-end second-hand, you’ll find it all at The Loot. Every member of the staff is kind, fun, and energetic and wants the best for their customers. Sometimes I like to visit when I’m having a bad day. Furthermore, Ana will pay fair cash upfront for your items if they suit the shop at that time— SO much better than consignment! We LOVE the Loot and everyone who works there. Highly recommend!

My absolute favourite place to shop in Halifax. The owner Anna is wonderful and provides the best clothing. All of the staff are so friendly and always there to help you. I swear half of my wardrobe is from here and I will continue to support their business always.

I’ve been to the store as both a customer and a seller and both experiences are excellent. Super cute space with great vibes! Staff are helpful but not overbearing like in so many other retail spaces. So much selection in terms of clothing styles - from classic, high-quality fabrics to fun & trendy Y2K. Very thoughtfully curated with great prices.

A great spot full of treasures (clothing and staff alike)!! Anna does a fantastic job curating a space and the shop staff are quick to check in to see what they can do to make the shopping experience easy AND breezy.I also want to note how NICE it is to shop at a consignment store that is clearly run by someone who has a well-developed sense of personal style and clothing trends. The decisiveness I’ve experienced when consigning clothing is a HUGE green flag for me, signalling that The Loot’s pricing reflects more than just the monetary value of said items, it also reflects the work that goes into cultivating a well-known brand and stylistic eye.Thank you for keeping such a consistent and high standard, y’all!! An absoute gem!The store’s collection is excellently curated with most of their pieces falling between the 80s-2000s (when I visited). I wanted to buy almost every dress in the store! This is the perfect place for anyone looking for unique and exciting pieces to add to their closet. AND it’s affordable! Many of the dresses were of better make, unique in style, and more affordable then some run-of-the-mill fast fashion stores. So happy to have it and will be returning soon!

My favorite vintage store I’ve ever gone to and will always go back to! The staff are always kind and friendly and always asking if you need assistance. Also one of the best places to sell your own vintage belongings!! Anna always gives a fair price and makes the process super easy!
