Elizabeth was my cashier and she was very sweet and put a smile on my face :) another worker whose name I didn’t get helped me find what I was looking for, great experience!

Staff were great, left me alone while I shopped but were easy to find when I needed help. Store was clean and tidy too... Much better than the heritage location.

Went for some fabric dye which only one was left, happy I was able to get at least one! Elizabeth was my cashier and she was so friendly! Had a nice conversation about Easter plans with family and she gave me a 40٪ off coupon on my purchase which I so appreciated! Keep up the good work and wonderful personality Elizabeth!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately my sister in law experienced some racism earlier today with one of the staff members being unwilling to help or understand when she was picking up her package. It wasn’t until I came into the building to help her that we were given the package. This staff member went on to actually scold the other staff member who did indeed help us get her package. Not only am I extremely unhappy with this experience, I think it’s completely unacceptable and expect a prompt apology from the staff member. This is not ok by any means.

Great selection. Fair prices (in this economy) it is a specialty store. So be mindful that prices reflect that.However. Don't go to the store between 8-9pm or 1 hour before closing.You will be rushed to GTFO even at 820. Forgive me but my work schedule only allows for me to be here at this time. I won't make a mess, but damn honey lemme shop in peace please. Otherwise 5/5 super cute stuff in here.

They have a wide variety of craft supplies. I am also a huge fan of the seasonal home decor. They usually have deals going on and always be sure to use their online coupon when you visit.

I was at the Shawnessy Towne Center location on April 18th, 2023, around 4:30 pm, to shop for a couple of items needed to complete the project I was working on. I left with a smile on my face, not only because I found items close enough to use for the completion of my project, but primarily because Elizabeth was on cash. I have been waited on at the register by Elizabeth, a couple of times before, and have been so impressed by her! Her customer service skills, are absolutely stellar. (I think we all know what a rarity good customer service skills is these days.) Elizabeth offers excellent advice, a genuine smile, and speaks perfectly clear English, and even speaks above a whisper. So many of the young sales floor and cash staff anywhere you go, speak English very poorly, very rapidly, and so quietly, it’s ridiculous! Back to Elizabeth…she is a gem. She is helpful, super efficient, kind, and respectful! (Another rarity, these days!) I greatly appreciate the customer service Elizabeth provides, and I sincerely hope Michael’s does as well, because she truly deserves it. Respectfully submitted.
