Great location near shops,transport and highways.Better than average sized apartments with 6 appliances, granite counter tops. Most apartments have 2 bathrooms. Building is very clean and well managed

I have known friends in this apartment building for atleast 5 years now....this building is very clean and beautiful. The apartments are in an ideal setting with lots of amenities within walking distance. Would totally recommend this to all my friends seeking apartment living.

I have visited good friends in this building many times and I absolutely love it! It is always very clean and is very well maintained. The property managers are a real hoot, are amazing people and are very pleasant to deal with.

I've lived here since the building went up. Once the management switched hands from the old company to Centurion, things improved dramatically. The staff are respectful and courteous, and they are quick to respond whenever there's an issue. The property itself is gorgeous and the units are large and roomy. Besides living in a house, this place is the best you're going to get, hands down.

Very clean building. Obviously well managed. Large apartments with in suite laundry. Every apartment has an underground car park, which is a bonus. Good location close to all amenities. Pet friendly for cats and small dogs.

Coming from Wexford Apartments on Baker Dr, this building is such a massive improvement. This is truly a luxury apartment building and is very well managed and cared for.It's also very clean and quiet.I can't believe what I was paying for previously compared to what I have now.The units are modern, spacious, and I actually feel like I'm getting my money's worth.The location is amazing and everything you need is within walking distance.I can see myself staying here for the foreseeable future!

Just moved in to the Huntington. Thoroughly enjoying this apartment. The process of renting was very professional and efficient. The move in was made very easy for my movers. The building is impeccably clean. The location is ideal. The building is lovely and looking forward to exploring all the amenities once the restrictions are lifted in Nova Scotia.

Location, Location , Location!! So close to grocery stores, bus route, hwy and other amenities with the spectacular view of the Halifax Harbour. The Building Manager, Dennis is a pleasure to deal with as well. The community Gardens are a nice touch too #mycenturionhome

Honestly, the building is lovely but if you are under the age of 60, don't live here. The building super is completely biased against young individuals to the point of harassment (i.e. checking cameras against a young individual who he thought was smoking and it was an elderly neighbour - he continued to harass the individual even when proven wrong and under threat of going to his superior) and the rent is increasing at a rate faster then Toronto (3% in 2018). There are just as nice buildings located elsewhere in Dartmouth run by a more reasonable property managers and supers. They are so narrow minded to the point it drives tenants to leave - this has happened numerous occasions in the past year alone. They do not take action on serious offences - a dog attacked a small dog unprovoked(!) and they allowed him to remain whereas other individuals get threats under their door about improper recycling. Highly recommend Southwest Properties for their property management as well as supers if you are looking for recommendations.
