Nothing but Slum landlordsChris is the most laziest landlord ever.. most of there units they don’t take care of properly and expect tenants to pay for repairs on the property and appliances . All the units this property management owns has cockroaches. Don’t rent with them

I just started renting a property from them and fell through the stairs. It's been almost a week and I contacted them again to see how long it will take to fix and if we could work something out so I wouldn't have to go through the process of suing. They still don't have an idea of when it will be fixed leaving me no access to my front entrance.
