my son and daughter go to see him they are great it was hard for me to find someone good because my son has add and he love it they take there time with him and thats what I love.

I was very nervous after the initial consult, the Dr suggested a lot of work was needed, and I left feeling a little overwhelmed. However, as went went through the paces, I saw how efficient this place is. The office did all of the work with our insurance company, and other applications, keeping in constant contact. Once everything was approved, I was contacted, given all of the options. Shelley was very patient, listened to my concerns, worked with me, and we set a plan I was happy with. The day of the procedure, both the Dentist and the anesthetist spoke with me before and after. Staff and Dr are just great, I left feeling so confident in the work and our choice of dentists.

We have been patients ot dr Richmond since my oldest boy was 8 i believe hes now 22 and my 12 yr old has seen him his enitre life. Dr jeff is truly amazing and the staff are all great people too. We love this office and i would recommend everyone to come to this place with your kiddos you won't regret one bit. We love the entire team there they make sure your child is comfortable at all times

I can't thank everyone enough for the wonderful experience with my son. My son is 6 years old and has quite the fear of having any dental work done. The staff was extremely welcoming from the second we came in. We had Molly help us first and she was more than friendly and helpful in making sure my son was comfortable and knew what to expect the entire consultation. Dr. Jeff let me know exactly what needed to be done to help with my son's cavities and I felt much more at ease with the upcoming dental work. Thank you again for the kindness!

I have dealt with dr jeff for many years since my daughter was under 2 and she is now 20 and he has seen my other children as well..he is absolutely amazing and his staff are fantastic...I would highly recommend this place to anybody with a child in need of dental work...his bed side manner is above and beyond and his staff are the same...Love this place 100%They will always get 5 stars from me or any of my kids...

Great place, everyone is super nice. Very good with my son who has oral aversion, and is a tough patient. I took my 1 and 2yr old for their first visit a few months back and they both loved it, no issue.

Fantastic dentist and staff. They are so great with my son who has some special needs and I can't thank them enough for their kindness, patience and knowledge. Dr. Richmond is a straight shooter and tells it how it is. About 20+ years ago I was a patient of his and he extracted down teeth.

Amazing place!! My kiddo has autism, and has had a fear of the dentist ever since his first visit. After seeing another dentist for a couple years with no change in how he felt about them, I asked my regular dentist for a referral for a different paediatric dentist. After about the third visit to Dr. Jeff’s office, he started to ask to go to the dentist! I would have never expected that. The atmosphere here is so nice, and the staff are great. I’m so happy I made the switch!
