September 2022. We discovered Ottawa Fine Line Painting while scrolling on TikTok. Neftali has lots of TikToks (@Neftalizelaya1) that explain the whole process of painting kitchen cabinets. We also loved the fact that he is in every one of the before and after pictures on his website and Facebook. We had 6 quotes for this renovation, all with different kinds of paint products, finishes and processes but decided to go with Ottawa Fine Line Painting. The experience was great, it’s all done right in your house and because of that you can see every step of the process in detail. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed by Neftali who was meticulous in keeping us informed throughout the process. He briefed us first thing every morning regarding the steps he would be taking that day and before leaving spoke of what he would be doing the next. He always showed up at the time he said he would and the project was finished on the 5th day as he had promised. We were a bit concerned because we had brand new appliances but Neftali protected them along with all our floors, walls, backsplash and countertops. He was well equipped for the job, very organized and professional. The customer service we received from Neftali would definitely deserve a 5 star rating, and we would highly recommend Ottawa Fine Line Painting to anyone.
