We got our inspection done from Buyer Aware Home Inspections. Since it is our first house and the construction of house in Canada being different from home country(where we have brick homes), we had a lot of questions on how things work and how to maintain the house. Peter was very detailed with the home inspection and walked us through the whole report in detail. The report was clear and mentioned the things that needed immediate repair and those that are good to have. We reached out to him a few days after inspection to clarify a few things and he was very approachable. Will definitely recommend Peter to other people looking to get a home inspection done.

Tried Pete for the first time through reference by my realtor for home inspection.
