Not a great experience. Couldn’t even walk into the store as I open the door man asked me what I was looking for didn’t let me enter any further I told him the name of the food I was looking for (which I have gotten here before) was like we don’t have that go to another location. Was so rude I felt like I was unwanted. And I was going to grab other things too will never return here I recommend the David location the people were so nice and welcoming night and day difference.

Been buying from these guys for about 5 years. Great service, Attentive and helpful. They take your phone number and track what you’ve purchased and have some kind of points collecting program, because from time to time I get a free bag for buying again and again. Love that! Thanks again Global. I’ll be back again!

This store is so friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, they made it easy for me to pick up my pet food, and have made recommendations when I needed a new brand. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, their store cat, Tommy, is adorable and makes the visit (when I can go in) just that bit extra nice.

Jasmin is awesome! She has advised me several times and she has been spot on with her cat advice.Two months later and Jasmine has helped me big time again!Thank you for your suggestion for the new cat food. Their prices and products are better than PetSmart highly recommend them staff is very knowledgeable and because it's not such a large store they focus on only top of the bottom top of the line brands and you can find what you need or they will order

Staff are super friendly & knowledgeable. I find they always go above and beyond. When one of my cats became diabetic staff were very helpful with food recommendations. I have been going to this location for over 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. Thank you :)

Love the new location and the aesthetics of the store. Have only been a few times and met four staff who were all very welcoming and helpful. Love the option of raw food products in the freezer section. Will be going back!
