Nick replaced the pressure switch in our hot tub. He also fixed a jet while he was here as well for no extra cost. He explained a few helpful tings about the hot tub I didn't know. He was speedy and came the next day after I called even though it wasn't urgent. Nick is a knowledgeable person, communicates well, and I highly recommend his services for your hot tub needs.

What impressed me about Nick was his honesty. He informed me that I could replace the leaking component or I could simply bypass it and start using a chemical that does the exact same thing. He literally saved me several hundreds of dollars. Now that's great service.

Nick has helped me out several times with my old Beachcomber tub. He is very responsive to messages and texts. He is very fair and doesn't force you into unnecessary repairs. Unlike some other local spa repair guys that have got me in the past with $150 charges just to come and look at an issue then quote exploratory jobs @$200+/hr to look for problems with no limit. I have never had that with Reliability Spa. They are great!
