Listowel Ford is very efficient and friendly. I had my service and tire change done quickly and at a good price. The parts department is very knowledgeable when I went to get wipers and had them put on my car also. A great bunch of people to deal with.

Took a Maverick out for a test drive in January and really liked it. Used Ford's website to build exactly what I wanted to order and emailed it to the salesperson I was dealing with. Called a day later and confirmed the email was received, but she was was very busy but she said she would email me the quote later that week. Never heard anything back. Ended up ordering with a different dealer. Too bad as it would have been an easy sale for them, but I'm not going to jump through hoops to buy a new vehicle when other dealers are more than happy to take my money.

Whether it’s in the sales or service areas we have always had excellent experiences with Listowel Ford for our last four vehicles…all Fords. The last two were Escapes. Knowledgeable staff and polite. We will deal with them again if we need another one.
