Why did I give this location 1 star out of 5? Because that's how often they get my order right. My coffee isn't that complicated.... Somehow they keep getting it wrong...

Employee argued with me about the recipe of the drink until the supervisor (I assume) brought out the recipe and then they made the proper drink. It took two tries to make my drink. The counter was covered in dried up drink spills and was extremely sticky to touch. Very unimpressed.

Wonderful customer service at this location. Lines can be a little slow but most likely a result of short staffing or the location being too small to handle the amount of orders coming in. Regardless.. I still love this location! Ive never had a bad experience with the staff here, theyre always so friendly! Id shoutout specific staff to say thanks to but thered be a lot of names here. :)

i asked for a grande iced blonde latte with hazelnut and soy milk and the girl at the drive thru went ok i just need to know the drink" (edit: she def had an attitude) so i repeated my order more clearly and i did not end up getting my blonde roast in the end :( i feel like thats a pretty standard order imo"

There is no clear lineup to follow no wifi,...very confusing...too many people in the waiting for their order line that new order people were trying to get into, lol 5 minutes in an empty store to wait for their special coffee

The service is slower in drive thru. I usually wait 10-20 minutes in line.Inside it's quicker for service. However, I noticed the customer's service is not as enthusiastic or welcoming. About a 3/5. It's not a horrible location. Just needs some improvement with customer service and organization.
