What a fantastic Tim Hortons , this location is by far one of the best in town . I come here every single day at least 2 times , and the ladies and gentleman here are always so polite and friendly . I have never experienced such great customer service at Tim's in Thunder Bay then I do here ... keep up the amazing work guys .!!!!

Did drive thru. Love the maple dipped doughnuts. Asked foe a box and they put them in a bag. We have a 5 hour drive. Didn't want them all to stick together.

Fraudulent activity happening with Tim Hortons scan and pay app, credit card being charged and I was not there to make this purchase.People need to delete thier credit card from Tim Hortons scan and pay app.

Already posted issue with cold, hastily prepared breakfast sandwich. They responded, asked me to call customer service. They could not cross reference me with complaint, asked for postal code whete I was served. Ridiculous waste of time! Not the fault of the customer service rep that took my call. Management and systems clearly lacking. I will not buy another sandwich at Tim's. I'd go elsewhere but my wife is addicted to her coffee and Boston Cream.

I had very terrible experience with these tim Hortons at sibley … i had ordered 4 coffees and all gave with no sugar and i got replacement and sadly again with no sugar … called the manager and again she told me to come back and i got all coffees with extra sugar which i and my colleagues cant even drink ….disappointed
