Such a great experience, Jordan came to meet on site to access what pieces we were missing for our install and promptly picked up the missing items and returned in two days for the install. He is so detailed oriented and ensured we were happy with the placement before getting the job done. Being WETT certified gave us piece of mind that the install was done safely. Would highly recommend.

Had our wood stove at the cottage serviced last weekend. Jordan came and did an amazing job cleaning our chimney even during winter and with snow outside. He did a thorough job and our glass window has never looked so clear! Professional, quick and detailed service. Also good and prompt communication with him and his office for scheduling, updates and questions. Definitely recommended if you need your chimney cleaned!

I highly recommend Jordan for your next job. I contacted Highland to talk about a wood insert for the existing fireplace at my cottage. From the initial meeting through to the final installation Jordan was professional, courteous and actually showed up when he said he would!!
