Two of my friends and I went for different piercings on a Saturday, and it was not too busy (we reserved in advance, not a walk-in). The storefront employee was very nice and gave good jewelry recommendations. Our piercings were done by Yann and he was super friendly and gave detailed after-care instructions. I received a follow-up email a few weeks after my piercing, which was a very thoughtful touch!
