I bought a (rebuilt) Kia Forte from here over a year ago. Great car! I drove it daily and took some long trips without any issues. I recently sold it but only because I needed a bigger vehicle. The car was priced well and I remember the transaction being very pressure free.

Just viewed a vehicle on short notice. Mark accommodated this without hesitation. Came back a day later on Nov 11 as my spouse needed to see it.After meeting Mark’s Mechanic who was just there briefly we went over it. Wayne has been a mechanic there for 9 years this says a lot. He was very helpful in going over the AWD. Next step test drive!

My daughter bought a car from Mark last year. While we were test driving it I noticed the transmission was not shifting very smooth. He told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it. After the first road trip we noticed it was not shifting very smooth. We phoned Mark and let him know and he put in a used transmission with low km for free. Great service and would highly recommend! I try to convince everyone I know that is in the market for a used car to check Orion out!

They did great on the alignment and stayed late for us which was nice. Only bad thing was they broke our door handle and when we talked to the mechanic about it he said oh well I just pulled it.

Came at 4pm after seeing 2 places within 5 minutes desperately needing 45 minutes worth of work before 5 as I had work at 8am. They stayed late and quoted me 40$ less than one of there neighbours. Customer service, they're understanding and they're workmanship are unmatched I'd never go anywhere else thanks to that experience and they are the only people I'd recommend to anyone. Thank you mark for all that you did.
