Completely recommend this place. New NP, PK, KK & Patel team were able to provide price list for all tire options with knowledge & politeness rather than the pushy get your$$$ attitude which was the case couple months ago in that place. Changed tires while staying in the car never thought would be that fast.I guess I’ll stick there for a while Thanks best

This was the worst oil change experience I have ever had. The technicians were very rude and pushy in their recommendations. They kept showing me the computer stating XYZ need to be done at these certain kilometres" and when I said no thank you to the suggested services they scoffed at me and insulted my choice. I reached out to my car manufacturer and turns out those recommendations are not accurate at all. They just try to scam you for your money.Once I left

He made sure to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had before getting started.During the service, NP kept me informed of the progress and let me know when my car was ready. He also provided some helpful recommendations for future maintenance.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received at Mr Lube. I went for an oil change for my car and the person who helped me in understanding everything was nice. Everything went well. When I went out, I saw an advertisement that they provide free wiper blades for any type of oil change. I called the store and tue owner refused to provide the wiper blades. If you are not able to provide the product that the customer accountable for then do not advertise it. Extremely disappointed with the owner.

Mr. Patel was my service advisor today. He was friendly, efficient, and he took the time to explain any recommendations he made in a matter of fact way without being pushy. I've always received good service at this location, and recommend it when the opportunity arises to friends and family.

I went here on Friday to see if they would fix my tire due to a nail in it, yes they said and after looking at it they told me it was in the “sidewall” and they needed to replace the entire tire, it was unfixable. I didn’t expect this when I saw the nail in the tread and only expected a “plug”. I told him I needed to think about it… I went to Canadian Tire and after they looked it was only a “plug” needed (which they did for free!). I asked Canadian Tire if a nail was in the “sidewall”, they said no it wasn’t, these guys tried!! Beware!!

The transmission service was carried out with great attention to detail, and the team provided me with a thorough explanation of the work that was done. They also checked other key components of my car to ensure that everything was in good working order. The oil change was also carried out promptly and efficiently, and the team used high-quality oil that was perfect for my car. I was extremely impressed with Patel's level of customer service and attention to detail.

Amazing work done these guys !! Came in last minute and they treated me amazing !! Mani was taking care of my car and fixed everything and more than I asked for. My first time and the service and price was a 10/10!! I will always be back for any car troubles or oil changes these guys are the best. I am a Licensed 310s mechanic. Avoid this place! I was on the phone while my wife went in for a simple conventional oil change, I overheard the worker explaining her car can't have conventional oil ( which is a complete lie). Then he said she Needed a synthetic oil change with a flush. This was also a lie. I then spoke up on the phone and said this is bait and switch " the worker then said they were out of conventional oil and that's why. Which was also a lie. My wife left and got good work at a fair price by the airport at another fast lube. Liars and cheats is my honest opion of this place."
