We were having a large gathering on Saturday evening, and around 9:30 in the morning noticed that the hot water heater was leaking water. Called these guys and we had Dave onsite by 11am. Replaced the tank, hauled the old one away and in a couple of hours we were back in business. Dave also patiently answered all my questions and gave me some tips to extend the life of the heater. A+

10/10! The best plumber in Kelowna we've worked with. Dave from 911 Plumbing quickly fixed an urgent toilet and leak issue we had at our new house build. After some intermittent toilet drainage issues that lead to overflowing and leaking, we contacted our builder and plumber who were unable to diagnose the problem. A larger interior leak lead us to call 911 Plumbing after reading other positive reviews, who responded right away. Dave came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was fast and efficient and used a camera to confirm the blockage. We were surprised to see a piece of lumber stuck in our pipe. Dave managed to remove the blockage and made sure there were no further plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and respectful, and we will contact him again in future.

We had a problem with our furnace on Christmas eve and was having trouble finding someone to fix it. Dave answered my call promptly and even made the effort to personally come out and take a look.He is friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly figured out what the problem was and how to fix it.If you have plumbing, heating, or any problems of the sort don't hesitate to call because they know what they're doing.Thanks!

We needed an emergency service. Called about fifteen different companies, but nobody was able to show up. By chance, we found these guys. One of the plumber came right after his shift ended for us. Replaced all the pipings that was broken. Very fast, reliable and professional. Even though he came at off his shift, price was reasonable! Thank goodness, we didn't have to worry about flooding!

Thought I may have had a leak issue. Dave came out at the exact time as arranged. Friendly and professional. Thoroughly checked my house and fortunately, no work required but great advice given. I would not hesitate to use his company’s services again.

I contacted 911 plumbing bright and early on a weekend with an emergency leak in my outdoor shut off valve. I received a quick troubleshooting help to mitigate the main issue over the phone which saved me a whole bunch of money preventing an emergency call out. They then checked in again later in the day to set up a regular call out the next week day which I thought was very considerate. The plumber was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I will be using their services again in the future.
