I was completely scammed. Ordered a pioneer deh-80prs and in that box I was shipped a used pioneer deh-x1910ub. That's a $70.00 deck compared to a $450.00 deck. Straight up bait and switch.

In simple terms, the staff and service of this store is garbage. Me and a friend had purchased a set top box for which they offered a 1 year warranty for repair. The repairs took a long time, and on top of that, they didn't call us when the repair was finished. We constantly had to remind them that we are still waiting, and when we should pick it up. This was very unusual and sketchy. Usually, store management will inform a person if their service is complete. Once again, we had to call them to find out the repair was done, which is absolutely unacceptable because we are paying for a service, we are not expected to remind and find out for ourselves if what we bought is repaired. Another issue we encountered, was that the box constantly kept failing, and soon enough, they backed out of the 1 year warranty. What is the point of having a warranty if you are not going to honour it? Only undignified people with a cowardly attitude would have this kind of behaviour to go back on their word. I am very disappointed and very much disgusted by the performance of this stores service. I would never recommend such a place to anyone as it would just be a waste of time and money.

I dropped into GTA Electronics yesterday with my buddy. We both have AppleTV2 boxes and looking for a replacement with a Mygica (Android) box.We found the staff to be excellent! They were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to demonstrate their product. I will be buying my Mygica in the near future based on their support.

I tried to return a unopened preamp beyond their 1 week return policy. Staff at the store said I would have to talk to the sales manager. My emails to him were ignored until I said I'd would rate their service badly. Only then was there a response and it was only about me giving them a bad rating and nothing about the return. Comparing the pricing with Angel or Save and Replay, it's all the same. The only difference is customer service and there is none at GTA electronics.

Great place for getting a tv box. They only carry the Mygica line but they're great kodi boxes. The staff is super knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to make you happy. Call first as usually out of stock on some items. Best place. True warranty.

Owner and employees are very nice and explain the issue of the box buzz tv. They fixed quickly as,possible very satisfied . I recommend this placr to visit for your needs or repair or update your box. Owner is very friendly and pleasant to talk with him.

Dont buy any phone or tablet from this shop. I bought samsung S21 ultra and after a month the phone calls stop working. There is no warranty from these people. These guys are fraud be careful. I lost 1,100 dollars.

Horrible. Scam. They are a far drive away so I asked a friend to go pick up a Dreambox unit. She brought it to my place and we plugged it in and the device doesn't turn on. She tells me they plugged it in there and she saw a light but she isn't sure. They also told her if something was wrong or we had trouble installing, we could go back and talk to them. I called to see what could be done and an extremely rude person picked up telling me NOTHING could be done and they are not responsible and they have no liability and no, they don't back up what they sell. I asked if I could call the company and follow up and he got extremely defensive and started saying I'm asking questions I shouldn't be" which makes me think they may be corrupt.
