We are located in the Shops of Granville plaza weith easy access from Whitemud Drive turning south onto Guardian Road NW then west onto Granville Drive NW. We are near Pizza 73 and H&R Block. This location is conveniently close to Costco Wholesale off Winterburn Road. Lots of parking available! We’re a Canadian fast food restaurant chain, famous for our Japanese food which we cook fresh on our teppan grill with our signature teriyaki sauce. I get great service whenever I come here. This place is a great alternative to other fast food (burgers and such) in the area. Portions are just right so I never feel too full or starving after eating here. Seems like the menu is constantly expanding so there are other choices I need to make at future visits!

I ordered the beef and shrimp and half ways through eating I chew on a hard object so I take it out and it's a little black piece of plastic. I called and the lady I spoke too said that she doesn't know how it happened and will remake my food but after just about chipping a tooth I'd rather get a refund.

This place always try’s to save time and give old and burned meat. Even after I asked for fresh meat cooked they still tried to pass on the old meat. I have videos of it but unfortunately can’t post it here

I really like Edo Japan but this was a disappointing experience. My wife and I got beef bento boxes with spring rolls and california rolls. The beef was extremely salty to the point that was really all we could taste. One of the staff wiping tables kindly asked how the meal was and offered to remake it, which is kind and appreciated. Unfortunately we were in for a quick meal and did not have time. I'm giving a three for that offer, but the food was 1 or 2. Not what I've come to expect from Edo.

I got food poisoning from this store on Dec. 30. I’ve emailed the store and Edo head office and no one has replied to me. Uber eats seems to think issuing a refund is sufficient, they don’t care about peoples safety. I missed NYE with family as a result, several days work and I’m still not comfortable eating. Disappointing the lack of response. I’ve reported to AHS and another online reporting service that tracks food poisoning incidents. More people should speak up when this happens, it is unacceptable and stores will not change their practices until they face repercussions. Luckily I’m young and healthy enough to not die as a result of their ignorance but another person may not be so lucky.

Nice atmosphere, friendly employees and very clean.Usually great food except on this occasion.Today it was as if the grill was cleaned into my food. Had bits of old charcoal littered within my food giving it a nasty taste.

Waste of money. Ordered sukiyaki beef with spicy teriyaki and they legit put just a scoop of teriyaki and a bunch of chili. You expect me to eat this? Waste of time and money.

I liked the Noodleful bowl that I ordered but I really like the original line up. I mean my tastes are as subjective as anyone's but I don't know if they'll get more customers by adding more stuff especially if quality would go down with more things to learn while (probably) maintaining the same number of staff.
