The plumber was superb in his work, approach and attitude. The job he did was not easy and other plumbers were not ready to do it as they were not sure of good result. However, Dietmar (name of plumber) was confident to do it and displayed his expertise in his work. I thank Platypus Plumbing for rendering the services and wish them good luck.

We were having trouble finding a plumber in town who would give us a fair quote — or even return our calls. I am not sure why (maybe the cool name) but I called Platypus and they called back right away, set up a time that worked for me, and quoted a price, and explained the quote.Guys arrived on-time. Were friendly, responsive, were cool with our dogs, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Price was close to half what we assumed, and a fraction of what some others had quoted us. Great value. Also, gave some good advice about working with the city on a separate issue. Overall just super pleased. Will be calling again. Though hopefully not for a while ;)
