I've been to this clinic numerous times over the years and have always had pleasant experiences no matter what testing was done. The staff is very courteous and professional.

This so-called doctor/radiologist “Nowak” was extremely rude! He was yelling at me, asking to keep quiet and don’t even say anything back like I am his slave!Reason: I had cell phone with me, which I asked the x-ray tech if I can take with me and she said yes. Is this how you talk to your patient?

Being pregnant during Covid is hard enough. I had two TERRIBLE scans at another diagnostic center and upon a recommendation from a friend booked in with Mira for my 20 week anatomy scan.It was incredible. My tech ( and student Kate) were so empathetic and never made me feel rushed. She was super knowledgeable and confident in her imaging and explained everything with patience and compassion. As my husband couldn't come in the room with me, I video called him later in the exam and the tech explained everything again to him. She treated my little son as if he was already here- calling him cute and full of character. I honestly didn't want to leave.The difference between CDC and the other" large diagnostic clinic is insane. I wasn't just a number here and during these times where everyone is stressed

Called for private MRI information, they were really nice explaining what they do, costs, etc... Was told I could get in almost right away. couple days max. And they gave me the fax number to fax over the requisition and they would phone me back. I waited a couple days without a call back, so I phoned them. The lady I spoke with seemed all confused and stressed out. She asked me to spell my last name on 5 different occasions during a half hour conversation. She asked to spell my first name (I have a pretty common name). She asked for my date of birth, etc... but she couldn't find the request. So I phoned my doctor back and had it faxed again... the next day after they re-faxed it, they phoned my Dr. and told them they don't do MRI's . They seem very disorganised , and confused and I happily went elsewhere. I would not trust these people with my health, glad I found out how bad they are early.

Staff was wonderful! I had to come here for an ultrasound and xray this morning. Everyone was super friendly. Very clean. Hopefully i won't be needing more x-rays or ultrasounds in the future but if I do, this is where I'll be going.

I felt extremely unwelcomed yesterday after telling the receptionist that I was medically exempt from wearing a mask. She was very unfriendly and wouldn't even let me sit in the waiting room without a mask (I had a shield on). I needed the xrays done ASAP, otherwise I would have retrieved my paperwork and left. The only reason I chose this location is that an acquaintance had been there recently and staff worked along with her because she is also exempt. Very unprofessional. Not going back. 2 stars because the technicians were professional and kind.

Booked an appt, was told it was for 0820, but be there at 0815 for forms. I arrived at 0815, completed paper work etc and shown to waiting room. Was then informed appt was for 0830, despite clarifying same when appt booked. Ok. In the waiting room a sign was posted clearly stating capacity was 2. There were 3 people waiting, including me, and two more in the change rooms that were in the same little room. I left to stand in the hallway. I was then shown to another place to wait. I was finally seen at 0845. Very stressful appt. I was to have two different x-rays but opted for only one. And then ran. Place felt packed. Everyone was pleasant but kinda oblivious.

3 receptionist working (only 1 doing anything with patients, other 2 ignoring everyone), one lady in front of me, no one behind me in line. Person in front goes up to the desk and gets told to take a seat. I walk up and get told someone else is in front of me and take a seat. Few minutes later the receptionist stands up to get the lady that was in front of me to come up and sign in. After her however, she let anyone walk in go straight up. I ended up cutting in front of someone to sign in as her doing that pushed me back later than I should have been.I went for cortisone shots, and was told absolutely nothing by anyone. Doctor doing the injections didnt say anything neither did the nurse. Have no clue what is or not normal. Have no clue what is considered heavy usaged" of my wrist. They literally did the injections

My experience has been so awesome at the clinic the staff are extremely helpful and remember your name they are efficient and really care about the patients.Dr. S. Ko is what I call the Bomb he is very precise ,friendly ,accurate and has done a lot of work on me and I am not a simple patient . I will be always thank full for his services he knows what pain is and he has the knowledge Education to help his patients . What a wonderful man he is . Thank-you Dr. Ko and Staff.
