Élan Hair Studio

Went to Élan for the first time today and could not possibly recommend anyone better than Cassie, she is clearly a pro at what she does! She was so patient and caring with my hair and took the time to do some seriously dimensional highlights, I have never looked so blonde! The overall vibe of the salon was super welcoming, colourful and bonus they had a variety of snacks and beverages! I also appreciated that my stylist went over the pricing and expectations with me before hand, but honestly for how impressed I am with the results the price was very reasonable! Would definitely recommend :)

When buying some hair products I wasn’t told that they were non-returnable if they didn’t come with a seal. I was having some issues with my hair so I ended up buying other products. I went the next day to return the products. I was told that I wasn’t going to be able to return them because they couldn’t tell if I used them because they didn’t come with a seal. If that was the case, why didn’t you tell me when I was buying them?It doesn’t even make sense because I was told that I couldn’t return the products because they did not come with a seal . So how is that my fault that the products did not come with a seal? And if that was the case, you should’ve told me when buying the products that were final sale because they did come have a seal.It just seems like a way not to refund customers. How about actively telling each customer that anything sold without a seal is final sale???? otherwise, I kind of feel you are purposely being dishonest.The only good thing is that the girl who helped me Amanda was very nice. I don’t think it’s her fault because it seems that the management is in control of these issues.

Nikki did an incredible job colouring my hair, and treating it with care since it was so damaged. It looks and feels so much better, and I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Cassie was my stylist and she did a wonderful job ,service was awesome very friendly atmosphere I think I’ve found my hair salon finally !!! I love my hair ❤️

Mykayla is an absolute angel!! I came to her with damaged bleached hair that was patchy and brassy. she came to my rescue! she was able to completely transform my look and provided a more natural healthy appearance. My confidence is back, I’m so beyond happy with the results. She’s super sweet and gives a realistic outlook on what will work. 10/10

Just had my hair cut by Owen, he did a great job and is very gentle with your hair. I highly recommend him for your next hair appointment!

Desiree did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. I had not had a haircut since the beginning of Covid. She cut off 5 inches and I absolutely love my new cut. She styled it straight, but I have curly hair and just styled it myself leaving the curls. The haircut is so flattering and looks great straight or curly. Thank you!
