Very friendly and helpful from does a great job every time. Pooch always looks even cuter when he leaves the trailer.The only complaint is they have terrible costumer service, getting a hold of them and an appointment is next to impossible.

After responding to 2 messages, I sent 2 more questions by email that were never answered. I was not in a rush so I left it assuming they being a young company they were overwhelmed and I had just been forgotten. Today I tried to reach out again to get an estimate, not an unusual request when you are running a service based company, and found out one of the owners (Lori) has blocked me. I can only assume I asked too many questions and annoyed her. However annoying I could have been, this is still unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be a professional. I see by other reviews they provide good grooming but they really need to work on their customer service. Or maybe they don't want new clients. Either way I will find somewhere else for grooming and recommend others do the same.

So kind and helpful! First time with pooch mobile, My dog has heart issues and couldnt walk properly, was out of breath and wouldnt stand up, james handled it very good, he was patient and did a very good job grooming and washing him! highly reccomend!

Not a great service, and when it’s inconvenient for them they drop you like a hot potato without care or regard for the pet in need.Terrible customer service, I was one of the first clients of theirs and I stuck with them through their learning curve of figuring out how to groom a dog.Whatever.

Used pooch mobile today for the first time today and I am very happy with the resultsHe did a great job. Other places have turned me down because of dog breed but not pooch mobile I will be using their services again in the near future

Fantastic service! I highly recommend these guys, especially if you have an older or injured dog that needs a bit of extra support. The cut looks awesome, and Typhoon liked his time with James so much he wanted to follow him home! Pretty dog + happy dog = win-win :)
