Called them on the coldest day of the year when my kitchen sink cold water pipe decided to fall apart below the shut off... a gentleman was here within an hour, had a solution that would last until I could tackle the main causes of the problem (a bigger job), and now I've got my sink working again.Everything was explained in a way I could understand - I truly appreciate them being available for the weekend emergency, and will be getting them back to do the bigger job.
