Came in for a flu shot October 31, me to come back in 10 minutes. Upon returning made us fill out some forms we waited and waited while the pharmacist filled out several prescription forms of customers coming in through the door still we waited we followed up made the weight again and finally asked the pharmacist and he made us wait again while he was filling out forms?? These were customers who came in after we didHorrible customer service

Great service by the pharmacy team. The lead pharmacist does not even need to ask your name; he immediately brings out your medicine the moment you enter the store. The store is quite clean and well organized too.

UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACY. THEY DON'T THINK THAT IT'S LIFE SAVING ACTIVITY.The pharmacy services are mismanaged. They don't update about the medicine, the pharmacist never call you or advise on side effects, adverse effects or precautions/ warning. This has happened 2 times with me. If you ask for delivery of medicines, then worst scenario.The home delivery is pathetic and unreliable. They never show up on the day or time committed for delivery. Following day of delivery too one has to remind the Pharmacy that they need to send the medicines for which the insurance has already been charged couple of days in advance.

Since the very first day I felt like more than just a patient, but a member of a family. Pharmacist UTKARSH PARIKH is not just very professional, courteous and kind, but also an outstanding human being. Always takes the time to check personally that I understand all the instructions, and even has followed up via personal phone call to make sure I'm adjusting well when there's a change in dosage, etc. His staff is also very professional and polite. They have a customer for life in me!
