Always A Party

My wife was nice enough to send me am arrangement for my anniversary at work and this business were to deliver it through 1-800 Flowers. The driver came in tried to leave the arrangement with the security desk and from what the agent told me mins later, said he was double parked and couldn't wait for me. She called my desk and left a message but they can't take deliveries at a bank (from what she said especially when the guy ran in and wanted to deliver it quick to leave". He said he was double parked and he would be right back. I arrived about 20 seconds after he left and waited but he never came back. (That's when security agent told me above). She called over to the bank branch and they stated he complained to them about security agent. He had time to do this but not park legally or come back in I guess. He left me a message and I called right back saying I was in office rest of the day(about 4 hours left at that point ) but never heard back from him. I did get a call back from barb telling me they wouldn't try to deliver again and her tone was definitely rude. I actually thought I was reading too much into tone do I let a coworker listen

Could not have been happier with our tent, tables, chair, and linen rental. Our previous tent rental fell through last minute and Always A Party came through for us last minute and saved our wedding. I can't thank you enough!

If I could give it a half star I would the manager or whoever was helping was completely rude . I sent them a picture, a video and even verbally explained how I wanted the gender reveal balloon made . I had my grandma pick it up the colors were the complete opposite . When I called and asked why he did those colors he said “ oh those are baby colors” never realized YELLOW pink and blue were baby colors ! The balloon didn’t even pop when I did everything instructed to . we sat there for almost 5 minutes trying to pop the balloon . We only received half our money back ! I recommend going to party city for a gender reveal balloon

I was crushed at not being able to fly up from Texas for my granddaughter’s 7th birthday & was so happy to find a florist that is open during this difficult time. The floral basket & balloon bouquet they created & delivered for my granddaughter’s “quarantine” birthday delighted her to no end! Thank you for being part of her memorable birthday!

Needed 10 - 120” rounds table cloths for an event. Of the 10, one was still crusty and oil stained and they were all different sizes. Went to return, Google stated they were open until 5. Showed at 4:30, CLOSED AT 3. Went back to return them this morning, explained the size and dirty cloth AND the inconvenience and cost to make another trip. The oblivious young lady at the counter didn’t care about any of my concerns. I’ll be sure to tell all my caterer friends NOT TO USE THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Ignorant staff, below quality and care. Price was right but you get what you pay for.Update: owner responds with a blatant lie. If I pick up table cloths on Wednesday to use on Thursday and return on Thursday but nobody is there return them Friday morning and now I’m two days late? I don’t know where this idiot learned math. Under no terms would that be returning them two days late. What a jackass

For $80 dead and broken roses is what Abbies Loft delivered my mother for mothers day. They didn't even have the decency to call her back after she called to complain to ask for a redelivery. This guys are the 1800 flowers provider for Niagara Falls Area. DO NOT USE 1800 Flowers or these people will be the ones delivering a dead bouquet to your loved ones. Disgusting company,

I was in need of some rentals for a backyard party we were having. I messaged a few places just trying to compare prices with tents/tables/chairs. Ended up only needing the 5 tables. This company was VERY responsive and generous in answering all my emails (I sent quite a few haha) which I appreciate. Some places never even bothered to respond. Come time for the event. They dropped off my tables a day or two beforehand and to my convenience since I wasn't home, they left the tables on my back porch. I would definitely check them out first when I am in need of rentals.

Amazing! rich was so helpful and helped me with last min decision on my reception. And Barb the florist is OUTSTANDING! She found me the flowers I wanted for my winter wedding that weren't in season. Gave me the best price compared to everyone in the city and they looked beautiful the day of. They are great flexible people. I would chose them again for any event in my future.
