Bad tenants in the house brought these nasty bugs in twice.Tony and his team at BBAC took care as best they could the first time around, when the problem returned 7 months later and the tenant was removed BBAC came back in and cleared the problem for good. Bedbug authority Canada is an amazing company. I recently had a infestation of bedbugs. When I called Tony he answered right away and came to my home to do an inspection and he didn’t make me wait long to come do the job. Him and his team were fast efficient and discreet. After they were here I had some concerns about whether or not the bugs were gone due to some mental trauma that I am left with after this horrible experience and Eva called me right away and was so understanding and Addressed all my concerns also Tony came back to do a further inspection and even gave me some traps for free. I would recommend bedbug authority to anyone. They use A chemical treatment along with heat. The heat is a bit pricey in know, I am a single mother but if you do the math on how much it would cost after throwing away your beds and couch, it would cost a lot more to go with just spray and you would have to live with the bugs for a lot longer.
