Unprofessional team, very aggressive with customers, specially the branch manager her name Julia she was very aggressive. I don’t recommend dealing with this branch. It was bad experience.

I normally don't complain but a recent incident left a bad customer service experience when I tried to return an item (unused with tags) after a really long time. I couldn't get a consistent reply on late returns even after speaking to 2 employees and their manager. Frustrated and helpless, just had to leave an expensive sweater at the cash register for free because no one knew . No refunds,remorse or regrets

Awesome store and staff, great selection of men's chlothing and accessories. Excellent deals seem to be even better after the New Years. Well worth the visit, just great deals through the store.

Good selection! They have one section for men. Another for women and a small section for kids. It is just clothes everywhere since they have limited space. If you like Tommy, you will find something for a great price.

Unfortunately quality has been compromised alot as a brand like Tommy is now Made in India, the cloth quality is not as good as it used to be before, also no variety in jeans...its pretty ridiculous that a brand like Tommy has no variety and compromised on quality a lot.....

My family and I experienced horrible customer service when I visited this store. Not helpful staff. Girls working in the store are rude, even the cashier, manager, do not greet or say thank you or your welcome even when I said thank you. Lacks basic etiquette, poor customer services not interested to show any choices or sizes as if they are not pleased by seeing the customer. Honestly they all should be removed and replay the new staff who care above the business. I would never visit this store ever.
