worst dealership in the valley told there was 8 years warrenty when i bought my 2020 heyday everytime i take the boat in for repair never gets done and needed the top speakers fixed for a year and a half told they were fixed and has never happened then i took it to another repair shop to find out the amp was at fault and told no warrenty . A i dont care attitude from mark and mike , so i called their boss and he does not return calls he runs and hides really good customer service, do not buy from this place or people

Purchased a new pontoon boat 2023 and received excellent service and advice. Boat was serviced and received as promised. Salesman Mark McNicols attended the launch and shakedown first cruise to demo features and service points.I shopped these boats carefully before purchase and prices at Atlantis were very competitive. Mark continued to provide info on local lake issues and additional pricing of further options for fishing.

avoid this place at all costs.i've been waiting a year for my trolling motor,alternator charger and batteries that i've paid for to be installed.A YEAR,MARK!!!!.I also see all the terrible reviews have disappeared.i hope this review at least stops one single person to shop elsewhere.you deserve to go out of business.these 5 star reviews are b.s. they are fake posters.

Absolutely terrible service. We bought out boat from them. They didn’t give us our tub covers and they were clearly in the pictures also the Bimini top was missing bars. Neither were replaced. They didn’t put the protective coat on we were told was being put on. The leather had a few holes in it they said would be fixed before we took it. They were not fixed. We called and emailed several times no results for any of the issues.Do not use this dealer!!!

This review is specifically for Dan Koziak. We had a rocky experience purchasing from Atlantis, that is in the past. Unfortunately it took contacting Dan, the Owner to get anyone's attention.After contacting him, from day 1 he has always done what he said he will do. He has been fair and I thank him for that. There is no reason for me to leave a horrible review, unless my voice is not heard. Rather than writing negative reviews, I trusted he would come through. He came through and I appreciate that. I recommend if anyone has an issue, reach out to Dan and see what he can come up with. Dave

Most disorganized business I have ever dealt with…..We bought a boat June 2nd of 2022 it had a dented front door on delivery. I was told a replacement was already ordered. Here it is now march 28 2023 and still no door. I have called multiple times over the 9 months and have never gotten a straight answer from mark or mike. Pay 90 thousand for a boat and once you are out the door you are on your ownYes they have stock but it’s worth the extra drive to go to boat house marine
