The artist Ash is incredibly talented, I went in to get an old tattoo re-touched I was very nervous to go to another tattoo artist but after seeing the work he did on me I cant imagine going to another tattoo artist. I also got a sentimental scripture piece done and I cant stop looking at it! Ash is definitely an artist that doesn't just put some ink on your skin, he took the time to educate me through the process and provided a lot of information on the skin anatomy in relation to the ink he put on me. Not only that he is incredibly patient he took his time with the stencil process and ensured that I was 100% satisfied on placement before beginning. Excellent work and excellent customer service I look forward to getting my next tattoo here! Thank You Xeno Ink!!!

Ash is the best out there! My wife and I were going to get our first tattoos ever in memory of a dear friend who passed tragically. We are from out of town but wanted to get the tattoo done when we were able to come to Toronto. We also had bits and pieces of ideas we had, which we wanted to put together to create the perfect tattoo in memory of our friend. With it being our first time, we wanted someone who would take their time in designing our tattoo and someone who would make us feel comfortable. We reached out to many places but Ash was the most responsive and empathetic one out there. He accommodated us last minute and took hours to design the perfect tattoo for the both of us. He made sure it was the right size for us and went through multiple stencils before choosing the right one. Not only did he walk us through the whole process, he educated us on what we should look for in terms of cleanliness. He showed us the expiration dates of all the products and opened new needles in front of us after confirming the expiration dates. He made sure we were comfortable and even put Netflix on to make us feel at home while getting the tattoo done. He took his time to perfect it and used a variety of needles sizes to get every single stroke the way it should be. I can’t express how grateful I am for finding Ash. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! He is the best out there! Thank you Ash for these very special tattoos, we are so grateful to have had them done by you!

It being my first tattoo, I was nervous on which shop to do an artwork that I would be proud to have on my arm. I came across Ash and his talent in tattooing letters and I took the risk. With that being said, it was the best decision I made. Ash went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. He went over multiple designs and sizes to get the exact piece I would be proud to wear. He also taught me about the safety precautions I should look out for in the future from any tattoo artist. The shop was so clean and welcoming I would highly recommend them. Customer service is what makes a business thrive and Xeno Ink understands that. They go over and beyond for their clients. I appreciate your knowledge and talent Ash and will definitely be back. If I could give 6 stars, I would!My best friend got two of her favourite tattoos from Ash of Xeno Ink. So when she recommended I visit him, I didn't question it.I reached out on Instagram first and him and his office administrator were oh so helpful. Since I had more specific questions, I then conversed with Ash via Whatsapp. From the get go, Ash was very knowledgeable about tattooing. It's been over a decade since I've had my last one so I needed a refresher on what to expect.On the day of my appointment, I was the last one of his day so I didn't feel it was rushed at all. He used his iPad to do a few stencils of my images/quotes and in different sizes so we could hammer down placement. He assured me that we can tweak the placement as many times as needed because he's only going to tattoo once (he's very patient)!After finalizing where I was going to have everything, he started. His technique is so light and didn't have a heavy hand. For me, all my tattoos felt so relaxing and I was getting lost in the calming hum of the needles. What I appreciated is that he showed me the packaged needles he was going to use on me and pointed out their expiry dates (a tip he recommends every one asks when they're getting a tattoo).Ash is an awesome conversationalist, very personable, and you can truly feel his passion for his craft.The reason I got all my tattoos (4 of them) at once is because if I got them all separately, I'd have to pay a fee each time because he's using new needles in each sitting. He saved me some moola by suggesting I do it this way.If I'm ever in the market for another tattoo, I'm going to visit him and have no hesitation in recommending him to others!Thank so much Ash, I adore all my tattoos and enjoyed meeting you (finally).When you visit Xeno Ink, make sure you get Ash to tell you the meaning behind the name!

It was my first tattoo and I had absolutely NO idea what I was getting myself into, but Ash really informed me and prepped me before I even got the tattoo. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect before he even inked my arm. It was a wonderful experience, and I am absolutely so in love with my tattoo. Thank you again Ash!!

A little bit late on this year but better late than neverWe did something different for our wedding henna party last year and did both henna tattoos and real tattoos. Ash was very open to the idea and was on board. He helped us figure out logistics about how we’d do it at our home and he reached out to each person individually to discuss their tattoo. Over 10 people had scheduled to get tattoos done that day and they all turned out amazing. He worked on these tattoos for over 12 hours that day. Some people who came to the party and didn’t plan on getting a tattoo ended up getting a tattoo and he was very accommodating. A few people went to his studio after the fact for their tattoos and he did an amazing job. He was so patient and detail oriented. I got 3 face sketches of my fur babies and the tattoos look incredible. I have had 2 other tattoos previously done by other artists but Ash will definitely be my go to for tattoos going forward!

My husband and I have been going to Ash for tattoos before he opened the shop, and we love his work. In fact, most of our friends have started going to him as well. The shop is VERY clean he makes sure everything is sterile. I'd be comfortable having surgery it's that clean, and I'm a germaphobe. His art speaks for itself. We have gone for all different types of tattoos, and he has knocked all of them out of the park. If you are looking for geometric tattoos, clean lines, small writing, or a lot of details, he is AMAZING at it. His shading is also spectacular, and he has a very delicate hand. Would be perfect for someone nervous about getting a tattoo or their first one. Also, bring snacks and water or Gatorade with you!!

Ash was amazing! The place was very clean and welcoming. Ash has done 4 of my tattoos now and I’ll never go anywhere else. He puts so much effort into making sure you have a original piece that you’ll love forever. He’s an amazing artist and very friendly person to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. 10/10 experience!

This is my second tattoo by Ash and he was so accommodating. He took my idea and made it into something beyond special. This tattoo has to be my favourite and I got so many compliments already. I literally got it 2 days ago lol. The shop is clean, Ash is patient, very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was amazing!
