Calgary Ez Tax Inc

Very poor response time. I have tried emailing them a few times regarding my taxes as there was an issue with the child tax benefit and no one has responded to me. I would like this sorted out ASAP and cannot due so without them responding. For $175 for a basic personal tax return, I am very dissapointed in this service. I would like a refund for the headache I have to deal with now.Edit: You did not respond to several emails"

This is the second year my wife and i have done our taxes with Calgary EZ TAX. Rob at the Douglasdale office was SUPER helpful. A very knowledgeable and diligent gentleman. Always quick to respond to any call or messages. i will be filing with EZ TAX next year
